2008 06 02 Migraine, Parade

Anyone wants a migraine? I have one I can spare. Frequently used but in very good condition.

5 days until the Equality Parade in Warsaw.

To go or not to go? well, I should go. 2 pm. And knowing my luck it will be in full sun. Did I mention I have a funny little condition which makes me extremely sensitive to sunlight? And that I hate getting up early? And yes, 2 pm is early

You're probably wondering why "Equality Parade" and not "Gay Pride Parade".

That's simple enough.

At Gay Pride you're having fun, at least you're supposed to. At Equality Parade you're too busy trying not to get hit by an egg or a tomato if you're lucky. A stone or a brick if you're not.

5 dni do Parady Równości w Warszawie.

Iść czy nie iść… cóż, powinnam iść. Druga po południu. Znają…c moje szczęście będzie słonecznie. Wspominałam że mam taki mały, śmieszny problem w postaci silnej nadwrażliwości na słonce? I że nie znoszę wstawać rano? Tak, druga po południu to jest rano.

Prawdopodobnie zastanawiacie się czym się różni Parada Równości od Gay Pride.

To proste.

Na Gay Pride dobrze się bawicie. W każdym razie takie jest założenie. Na Paradzie Równości staracie się nie oberwać jajkiem lub pomidorem jeśli macie szczęście. Kamieniem lub cegłą… jeśli nie.

Jestem naprawde w podłym nastroju.
